Still watching PSA tests

We have had a scare this year - last three PSA tests have increased slightly, but still under the .02 that Mayo clinic views as 'undetectable'.  Had another bone scan, all clean.  Latest PSA went down below the previous three, so hopefully just variations with something as simple as calibrating the equipment at the lab.  Mayo clinic no longer mails us annual tests since our doctor has retired.  We would have to go and have an office visit just to get a blood test.  Having tests every 6 months at our local labs now.

My husband's Cancer Story

Darci Lindgren's Prayer Request Page

I took a picture of the roses I got Jon in front of a mirror, and the reflection behind them happens to be Jon sitting in bed reading a Farmer's Almanac. Really cool accident!

I'm asking for everyone's prayers while we tackle the biggest challenge of our lives.

My wonderful husband of 15 years, Jon, was diagnosed with prostate cancer on January 15,2005. He is 38 years old. He is Mayo Clinic's youngest prostate cancer patient.

Testing new WYSIWYG Editor

Appears to resemble Microsoft Word!  Excellent!

Now for a big test...let's see if it strips code from SHTV.

Games for During the Night

Hi there,

I am looking for ideas for games during the night.  Our relay runs from Friday night at 6:30pm to Saturday morning at 7am.  We try to do themed laps, but there are still people who want to play some sort of game to keep them awake as well.  We have done fear factor, tag, volleyball, etc, but we are looking for something new to use to keep people interested.

Any Ideas for me?

 Thanks,

Nancy

good luck cancer fighters!

I know it must be hard for all of you. Cancer is a horrible thing. It drains the life right out of you. I have had a very personal experience with it. Like it says on my personal page I lost my great-grandmother to cancer. Yes, she lived through it for a long time and she kept fighting until the end but she wasn't the same. She was losing her mind as she got more and more sick from the cancer. She hurt when she moved and at one point before she passed away she couldn't move or talk at all. It hurt her when anybody touched her or moved her. Sometimes I think it hurt her to breathe. I loved my great-grandmother and even though she has passed she still lives inside of me. Her love has been and hopefully always will be a part of my life because without her it wouldn't have ever been the same. She was an amazing woman and raised eight children. My mother is buying a luminary for both her and my great-grandfather. He passed when I was probably about a year. He too died from cancer.
