National Cancer Survivor’s Day is in June, and it is important to
recognize and engage those who have been personally touched by cancer.

  • I CAN join the Cancer Survivors Network.
  • I CAN wear PURPLE. On National Cancer Survivor’s day, wear PURPLE to show your support for funding for cancer research.

  • I CAN bring attention to the Congressional Cancer Promise.

  • I CAN participate in Picture-A-Cure.

  • I CAN learn about the resources availalable online for survivors.

  • I CAN invite survivors in my community to local Relay For Life events.

  • I CAN ask teams or committees members to cook dinner for my local Hope Lodge or participate in other Hope Lodge activities.

  • I CAN share my story at Team Captain meetings, Kick-offs, on Relay Day or here.
